Normalization Kya Hoti Hai - Aasaan Bhasha Mein
JEE Mains alag shifts (time slots) mein hota hai. Har shift ka paper alag hota hai - kuch easy, kuch hard.
Problem: Agar ek shift easy tha, toh us shift ke students ko naturally zyada marks milenge. Yeh unfair hoga.
