Navodaya Vidyalaya में selection होने के बाद भी admission तब तक confirm नहीं होता जब तक document verification पूरी न हो। एक document missing होने पर भी आपकी seat जा सकती है। यह guide आपको बताएगी कि form भरते वक्त और selection के बाद किन-किन documents की जरूरत होगी।

- Form भरते वक्त: Digital copies (photo + signature + Aadhaar/DOB proof)
- Selection के बाद: Original + photocopies सब साथ लेकर जाएं
- Medical certificate: Doctor से selection के बाद बनवाएं

Part 1: Online Form भरते वक्त जरूरी Documents
ये digital format में upload करने होते हैं।
1. Passport Size Photo
- Format: JPG/JPEG
- Size: Maximum 100 KB
- Background: White (सफेद)
- Recency: 3 months के अंदर की photo
- Requirements: Face clearly visible, eyes open, no glasses
How to prepare: Mobile camera से अच्छी lighting में खींचें। Photo editing app से crop करें।
2. Signature
- Format: JPG/JPEG
- Size: Maximum 50 KB
- How to: Plain white paper पर blue/black pen से sign करें, photo लें
3. Age Proof (कोई एक)
- Aadhaar Card (preferred)
- जन्म प्रमाणपत्र (Birth Certificate)
- School certificate जिसमें DOB हो
4. Category Certificate (यदि SC/ST/OBC हो)
Digital scan - low resolution भी ठीक है form के लिए
Part 2: Document Verification के लिए जरूरी Documents
Selection होने के बाद JNV में यह सब Original + Photocopy के साथ ले जाएं।
✅ 1. जन्म प्रमाणपत्र (Birth Certificate)
- Issued by: Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat / Hospital
- Birth certificate न हो तो: Aadhaar card + School certificate
- Copies: Original + 3 photocopies
✅ 2. Aadhaar Card
- बच्चे का Aadhaar (बड़े बच्चों का अपना हो)
- Copies: Original + 3 photocopies
✅ 3. School Certificate / Enrollment Certificate
- School के Principal द्वारा signed और school seal के साथ
- यह prove करता है कि बच्चा उस academic year में Class 5 में enrolled है
- उसी district के school का होना जरूरी
- Format: School letterhead पर, Hindi या English में
- Copies: Original + 3 photocopies
School Certificate में यह जानकारी होनी चाहिए:
- बच्चे का पूरा नाम
- जन्म तिथि
- Class (V/5th)
- Academic year
- School का नाम और address
- School का district
- Principal का signature और seal
✅ 4. Residence Proof (निवास प्रमाण)
कोई एक:
- Aadhaar card (address के साथ)
- Ration Card
- Electricity Bill (recent 3 months)
- Voter ID (parent का)
- Bank Passbook (with address)
- Copies: Original + 3 photocopies
✅ 5. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC के लिए)
- Issued by: State Government (SDM/Tehsildar/Circle Officer)
- Format: State government का official format
- Invalid नहीं होना चाहिए (expiry date check करें)
- Copies: Original + 3 photocopies
✅ 6. Disability Certificate (PwD के लिए)
- Issued by: Government hospital / medical authority
- Disability percentage clearly mention होनी चाहिए
- Copies: Original + 3 photocopies
✅ 7. Passport Size Photos
- Latest: 6-8 photos (3-4 months के अंदर की)
- White background
- Same photo जो form में upload की थी - नहीं तो नई भी चलेगी
✅ 8. Medical Fitness Certificate
- Government hospital doctor द्वारा issued
- Selection के बाद बनवाएं
- Generally JNV में ही medical check होती है - लेकिन कुछ schools पहले से certificate माँगते हैं
Self-Attestation कैसे करें?
Photocopies पर self-attestation जरूरी है:
- Photocopy लें
- Photo पर parent का signature करें
- लिखें: “Certified True Copy / स्व-साक्षित प्रति”
- Date लिखें
