  • Z-Score Method (Mean & Standard Deviation) से normalized score calculate होगा

Stage 2: Merit List Preparation

CBT के बाद Category-wise Merit List तैयार होती है।

Tie-Breaking Rules

CBT में equal marks होने पर:

  1. Essential Qualification में अधिक marks - जिसके qualification marks अधिक
  2. Age में वरिष्ठता - Senior candidate को preference (अधिक उम्र)
  3. Alphabetical Order - Name के alphabetical order में

Document Verification में Rejection से कैसे बचें?

❌ ये गलतियाँ Document Verification में Rejection करा सकती हैं:

  • Original documents न लाना
  • Caste certificate HP Government द्वारा issued न होना
  • TET certificate valid/current न होना
  • Qualification में shortfall (marks कम होना)
  • Domicile condition पूरी न होना

Stage 4: Counseling / Merit-cum-Option Allocation

Document Verification pass करने के बाद Counseling होती है।

Process

  1. Category-wise final merit list publish होती है
  2. Candidates को merit order में call किया जाता है
  3. Available vacancies में से preference के अनुसार school/post allocate होता है
  4. Allocation confirmed होने के बाद joining order मिलता है

Post Allocation

  • Merit में ऊपर होने पर पसंदीदा location/school मिलने की संभावना अधिक
  • Lower merit पर limited choices available हो सकती हैं
  • Allocation official HPRCA portal पर publish होगी

Joining Process

Counseling के बाद:

  1. Joining Letter प्राप्त करें
  2. Allocated school में निर्धारित date पर join करें
  3. Joining documents submit करें
  4. Service Agreement sign करें
  5. Medical Fitness Certificate (यदि required)
