Selection Process - Step by Step
Step 1: Applications Receive होती हैं
1 अप्रैल से 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक NATS portal पर प्राप्त सभी applications को INMAS के administrative office द्वारा compile किया जाएगा।
Step 2: Eligibility Verification
सभी applications में eligibility check होती है:
- Pass-out year 2022 या बाद में है?
- Relevant discipline/qualification है?
- Regular mode से degree?
- PG तो नहीं?
- NATS registration verified है?
Ineligible applications को पहले ही eliminate किया जाता है।
Step 3: Merit-Based Shortlisting
Director INMAS द्वारा गठित Board eligible candidates की list में से qualifying examination में प्राप्त percentage/marks के आधार पर shortlisting करती है।
Merit Formula: जितना ज्यादा percentage → उतनी ज्यादा priority
Shortlisting available vacancies की संख्या के अनुसार होती है।
Step 4: Reservation का Application
Apprentices Act 1961 और Apprenticeship Rules 1992 के अनुसार SC/ST/OBC/EWS आदि categories के लिए reservation applicable होता है।
Step 5: Final Selection और Communication
Shortlisted candidates को directly inform किया जाएगा - joining instructions के साथ।
Non-selected candidates को कोई communication नहीं भेजी जाती।
Merit Calculation - Percentage Matters Most
यह याद रखें:

Canvassing - कभी मत करें
Warning: किसी भी प्रकार की सिफारिश या canvassing करने पर candidate को तत्काल disqualify किया जाएगा। INMAS को directly contact करना भी forbidden है।
Selection सिर्फ और सिर्फ merit पर होता है।
After Selection - क्या होता है?
- Shortlisted candidates को joining letter मिलेगा
- Medical Fitness Certificate submit करना होगा
- Contract Execute करना होगा (1 वर्ष training के लिए)
- Training शुरू होगी INMAS, Timarpur, Delhi में
- INMAS की ओर से कोई accommodation/transport नहीं मिलेगा

चूँकि selection आपके existing marks पर depend करता है, आप अब उसे बदल नहीं सकते। लेकिन आप यह कर सकते हैं:
