NMRC Recruitment 2026 में application process पूरी तरह offline है। Online portal, email, या direct submission - कुछ भी accepted नहीं। सिर्फ Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier से application भेजनी है।
अगर आप process सही से नहीं follow करते, तो आपकी application reject हो सकती है - चाहे आप कितने भी qualified हों।

Step 1: Official Notification पढ़ें
सबसे पहले www.nmrcnoida.com/career पर जाएं और Advt. No. NMRC/HR/Rectt./02/2026 की official notification PDF download करके ध्यान से पढ़ें।
Notification में यह सब clearly mention होगा:
- आपके लिए applicable post code
- Required qualifications और experience
- Exact age limit
- Documents की list
- Submission address
Step 2: Application Form Download करें
Official website से prescribed application form download करें। NMRC का अपना specific format होता है - किसी भी अन्य format में application accepted नहीं होगी।

Step 3: Form Carefully Fill करें
Form को handwritten (clear, legible) या typed format में fill करें।
Form में भरी जाने वाली जानकारी:
- Personal Details: Full name, Father’s/Husband’s name, DOB, Gender, Nationality, Address
- Post Applied For: Post name और Post Code (जैसे “Assistant Manager - IT, Post Code 09”)
- Educational Qualification: All degrees with university, year, percentage/grade
- Professional Qualification: CA/CS/CMA if applicable
- Work Experience: Chronological order में सभी government/PSU experience
- Contact Details: Mobile number, email address
- Declaration: Sign करें और date डालें
⚠️ Critical: केवल Government / PSU / Metro / Railways experience mention करें। Private sector experience DON’T include करें - यह disqualification का कारण बन सकता है।
Step 4: Documents Attach करें
निम्नलिखित documents की self-attested photocopies attach करें:
Mandatory Documents:
- ✅ Recent passport-size photograph (2 copies - 1 form पर paste करें, 1 साथ attach)
- ✅ Signature specimen
- ✅ Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID)
- ✅ Date of Birth proof (10th Marksheet / Birth Certificate)
- ✅ All educational qualification certificates और marksheets
- ✅ Professional qualification certificate (CA Membership / CS Certificate / CMA Certificate)
- ✅ Experience certificates from all Government/PSU employers (designation, period, and nature of work clearly mentioned होना चाहिए)
- ✅ Appointment letters (first और last, या as available)
For Deputation Candidates (Additional):
- ✅ NOC / Forwarding Letter from current employer
- ✅ Service Certificate from parent organization
- ✅ Last 5 years ACR/APAR (Annual Confidential Report)
Step 5: Envelope Prepare करें
एक A4 size envelope लें और उस पर clearly लिखें:

⚠️ Envelope पर सही Post Code और Advertisement Number लिखना mandatory है। गलत लिखने पर application process नहीं होगी।
Step 6: Speed Post / Registered Post से भेजें
Application को निम्न address पर Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier से भेजें:

Posting Tips:
- Last date 30 April 2026 है - application इस date तक NMRC office में पहुँचनी चाहिए
- Postmark नहीं, receipt date matter करती है
- कम से कम 7-10 दिन पहले post करें
- Speed Post / Registered Post tracking number जरूर save रखें
- Application की photocopy अपने पास रखें
Step 7: Application Confirmation
NMRC आमतौर पर application receipt की कोई acknowledgment नहीं भेजता। इसलिए:
- Post Office से tracking receipt लें
- Application की photocopy रखें
- Tracking number note करें
- यदि interview call आए तो same set of documents साथ ले जाएं
