NMRC Recruitment 2026 में selection process relatively straightforward है लेकिन highly competitive भी - क्योंकि सभी 11 posts UR category में हैं और सिर्फ merit और experience के दम पर select होना होगा।

Stage 1: Application Shortlisting
Applications receive होने के बाद NMRC HR team सभी applications को screen करेगी।
Shortlisting Criteria:
1. Eligibility Verification
- Educational qualification check
- Experience verification (केवल Govt./PSU/Metro/Railways)
- Age limit check (as on 30 April 2026)
2. Experience Relevance
- जिन candidates का experience post-specific requirements से ज़्यादा match करेगा, उन्हें preference मिलेगी
- Metro/Railways/RRTS experience वाले candidates को DGM posts में preference है
3. Qualification Match
- Specific professional qualifications (CA/CS for finance/legal posts) mandatory हैं
- Engineering stream specific होना चाहिए (Civil/Electrical/IT etc.)
Shortlisting का कोई fixed ratio नहीं है
NMRC typically sufficient number of candidates को shortlist करती है। Competition high होगा क्योंकि vacancies सिर्फ 11 हैं।
Stage 2: Written Test और/या Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates को Written Test और/या Personal Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

Final Stage: Medical Examination

- No physical endurance test (height/weight measurement नहीं)
Merit List और Final Selection
Final selection निम्न basis पर होगी:

- Medical fitness
