Security Guard बनने का Process
Step 1: Application
Naukri, Apna App, या company के career portal पर apply करें। Walk-in भी accept होती है।
Step 2: Physical Test
- Height check (usually 5'4"+ for males)
- Basic fitness - running, stamina test
- Vision check (no severe eye problems)
Step 3: Document Verification
10वीं certificate, Aadhar, PAN, photos
Step 4: Background Verification
Police verification होती है - criminal record नहीं होना चाहिए
Step 5: PSARA Training
